And I know exactly how he did it. He made a clever way and make tons of numbers in his name when the usernames could be made larger. He made it something like "Telamon85325203" and since the forums tried to shorten his name, it resulted in "Telamon", allowing him to edit posts, and do other admin powers.
There is no hacking evolved. It was just cleverness.

Original uploader here 14 years later - I can confirm these were all 100% from the regular roblox forums and not the beta testing forums/website. The security was a lot more relaxed back in the day. Many of them are from even LONGER ago than the date I made this video, so moderation was even MORE in it's infancy. I found those using the hidden search feature back in the day. It was intended for usernames, but it actually only worked with keywords. It was only accessible by copying and pasting the link, as there wasn't a direct link to it anywhere on the site. The ones I collected myself in real-time around the upload date of this video were probably made by people using alt-codes to put invisible characters between the letters in order to break up the words and trick the primitive moderation system into thinking they weren't swearing.
It's 14 years later, and you surely don't use this account anymore, but I'm vibing rn and in the mood to type this explanation out so :)
